I'm Michele! I used to be a dancer growing up and after my dance chapter I started other forms of movement. I started learning about Pilates after college and fell in love with the challenge and movements. My favorite Pilates movement will be anything with feet in straps.

I was born and raised in the Bay Area my entire life. Catch me trying out new foods or taking a workout class.

Hi, I’m Kat! I am comprehensively trained in Pilates through Balanced Body and also certified in Barre through Barre Above, as well as a Pre- and Postnatal Specialist.

To me, Pilates is more than just a workout, and more than an aesthetic. It’s a full-body practice rooted in the mind-body connection, designed to build strength, control, and awareness that carries into everything you do.

I believe Pilates is for all bodies, all ages, and every level of experience. My teaching style is encouraging and empowering, with an emphasis on refined control, grounded movement, and intentional flow. My goal is for you to feel supported, strong, and connected to your body—both on and off the reformer.

My playlists blend modern ambient, indie electronic, and soulful pop with steady, grounding rhythms to enhance focus and flow.

Hi, I’m Gretchen. My love for Pilates began with mat Pilates through Winsor Pilates, and I was instantly hooked once I was introduced to the full apparatus. That experience inspired me to pursue my comprehensive certification through BASI and deepened my appreciation for the method created by Joseph Pilates.

My classes combine intentional movement with upbeat, feel-good playlists to create an energizing and supportive experience. I especially enjoy any spinal articulation and core-focused exercises. I’m passionate about helping clients feel strong, capable, and confident as they grow in their practice. Outside of the studio, I love traveling and spending time with my family.

I'm Anj! What most people will tell you about me is that I teach with my whole heart! With experience leading group Pilates classes in various levels (Foundational/Form, Intermediate, Advanced, Athletic/HIIT, Contemporary, Cardio/Jump, and Stretch/Myofascial release) my classes will give you results you can feel–one intentional movement at a time.  

Maybe it’s breathwork integrated into slow and controlled movement, maybe it’s moves that will have you shaking and questioning your life choices but coming back anyway; either way, expect fresh and creative flows with smart sequencing, spicy transitions, and zero wasted reps–all while having a sprinkle of fun in between! 

Clients say they love me for my banger playlists and quirky sense of humor, but not so much when they’re stifling a laugh during deep core work. ("It’s all part of the challenge!")

Hi PLNK babes, my name is Sarah & I’ve been a certified reformer & mat Pilates instructor for 1.5 years, plus a 200hr RYT certified yoga instructor for 6 years.

In my classes, you can expect some spiciness! While I like to offer new challenges every week, you can also expect support modifications, consistency over rushed routines, & a lot of dumb jokes to break the tension as we pulse. Helping you establish a conscious breath-to-body connection is also a goal I try to establish in my instructing; I like to think that’s the Yogī in me coming out.

Last thing to know about my teaching style is that I take immense pride in how I curate my playlists. Every season we’ll workout to a new curation - singing along & dancing in the middle of class is always encouraged!

Hi! I'm Rilee Jones, a mat and reformer instructor here at PLNK. Before falling in love with Pilates I played two years of college basketball and studied business management. Outside of the studio you can find me playing pickleball, running, baking, enjoying time outdoors, growing my faith, or sipping on a good iced matcha. My music taste lives somewhere between Jessie Murph, Zara Larson, with Tate McRae always on repeat! Let's Sweat it out on the mat, move mindfully on the reformer and have some fun together, Can't wait to move with you! xx

Hi! I’m Katie, I love helping people feel strong, confident, and balanced. Outside the studio, I enjoy staying active, playing volleyball, lifting weights, and spending time with friends, family, and my two dogs. I was drawn to Pilates for its ability to build strength without burnout and create a sense of connection and community. My goal is for my classes to feel intentional, supportive, and fun, with a focus on mindful movement and helping clients feel good in their bodies—both in and out of the studio.

Hi I’m Kenadi!  My favorite move is Side lying Work - or anything that burns the glutes! I love to make my classes challenging, but easy to follow, and modifications are always given that way you can walk away feeling accomplished!! My music vibe is Olivia Dean, Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, and Megan Mooney!! I love the upbeat music! I got into Pilates because I love the mobility and workout I get from it. When I’m not teaching, I love being out on the Sound! I’m always hanging out with friends and boating on the Sound!

I’m Megan. After years of dealing with back issues and workouts that often made things worse, I was encouraged to try Pilates on a reformer. At the time, I had never even heard of reformer Pilates, and finding a studio wasn’t easy. I was fortunate to discover a small, local studio where the owner personally taught each class.  From my first class, I was hooked, my back finally felt supported, my posture improved, and my strength began to build in a way it never had before. My instructor not only introduced me to the benefits of Pilates but also mentored me through the training process to become an instructor myself.

Outside of co-owning PLNK, my husband & I keep busy with our four kids that range in age. We also have 2 dogs that I very much consider my babies. 

Life can feel a little chaotic at times, and I often feel like I’m going a million miles an hour. Pilates is how I reset, and it’s exactly what we hope PLNK provides for all of you.

Hi, I’m Nayeli, co-owner of PLNK Pilates, wife, and mom.

Movement didn’t always feel empowering to me. For a long time, I believed exercise was about changing my body or trying to meet someone else’s expectations. Everything shifted when I found Pilates and a supportive fitness community. I learned to trust my body, appreciate what it can do, and let movement become something that felt good, not punishing.

For years, I dreamed of opening a Pilates studio, but I also hesitated. I was driving to Gig Harbor and Tacoma to take classes I loved, and what should have been one class often turned into an all-day commitment with traffic and life in the mix. If it felt challenging for me, I knew it had to be even harder for others balancing work, family, and full schedules.

That realization planted the seed for something closer to home, a space that felt intentional, welcoming, and built for real life. When the opportunity came to bring that vision to life alongside an amazing partner, PLNK was born.

PLNK is the kind of space I always wished existed here. Supportive, elevated, and welcoming. A place where everybody belongs, confidence grows, and showing up, even on your busiest days, is enough.

Movement changed my life, and I’m so proud to be part of creating a space where it can become part of yours too.
